Follow our step-by-step guide to get started with Creds:
1. Go to the Sign-Up Page
Click Sign Up at Credsmusic.com.
2. Enter Your Details
Provide your name, email, password (minimum 8 characters), and confirm your age (16+).
Note
Users under 16 can contact support@credsmusic.com for special onboarding.
3. Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Creds. Click the link to confirm and return to signin.
4. Set Up Your Profile
Choose whether you’re creating:
- a Personal Account (Artist, Rightsholder, Creator)
- an Organisation Account (Label, Publisher, or Team), or
- joining an Existing Organisation.
8. Select Your Plan
Pick between Free, Pro, or Sync Pro. During beta, pay a one-time £7 + VAT verification fee (processed securely through Paddle).
9. Verify Your Identity
You’ll be redirected to our trusted ID verification partner, Ondato. Follow the on-screen steps to verify your ID using your webcam or phone.
10. Full Access Granted
Once verified, your account is live and ready. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can access your Creds dashboard.
